MB Chicken, born in Newfoundland, Canada in 1969, has always stood for two things: crave-worthy chicken and heartfelt hospitality.
What began as three humble stores in Eastern Canada soon took flight across provinces, and under the visionary leadership of Gregory Roberts, MB Chicken transformed into one of Canada’s fastest-growing quick-service restaurant franchises. With 270+ stores across Canada and successful global forays into the UK and Mexico, our journey has always been about quality, community, and authenticity.
In 2025, MB Chicken made its way to India — a country that lives and breathes flavor. Our first flagship store opened in Chandigarh, bringing our signature crispy chicken and bold Canadian taste to a city known for its vibrant food culture. With three more stores on the way in Doraha, Jalandhar and Gurugram, our Indian chapter is just getting started.
But we’re not just serving chicken — we’re serving connection. Our India launch is about more than just great food; it’s about thoughtful integration. We have curated a vegetarian menu specially for our fellow Indians because we are here to blend cultures, one bite at a time.

Our Signature Chicken and hand-cut Taters are made from fresh, whole Grade A chickens and farm fresh potatoes. Our Big Mary® Sandwich has been named Canada’s best chicken sandwich. It’s prepared by hand fresh in-store from a whole Grade A chicken breast and simple, premium ingredients – and then cooked to golden perfection.
